Shipping & returns

Liquid resin ships under dangerous-goods rules, commissions ship insured and white-glove, and everything else goes out within 24 hours. Here's the detail.

Dispatch times

In-stock supplies leave the Mumbai studio within one working day. You'll get a tracking link the moment the label is printed, not when the parcel is collected.

Commissions dispatch at the end of their studio window — 2–4 weeks for tableware and jewellery, 4–7 weeks for wall pieces, 8–10 weeks for preservation work, and 10–14 weeks for furniture. Priority pour roughly halves those where the process allows it.

Preservation work starts its clock the day your flowers arrive with us, not the day you book.

Shipping within India

Free on supply orders over ₹2,499. Below that, a flat ₹199 anywhere in the country.

Metro addresses typically see delivery in 2–3 working days, the rest of the country in 4–6. Liquid resin travels by surface only — it cannot go by air — so resin orders take a couple of days longer than the pigments and tools in the same basket. Your confirmation email splits the two timelines out.

Commissions include insured white-glove delivery in the price. Oversize pieces — anything above 900mm, and all furniture — ship on a pallet and are quoted separately.

International shipping

We ship to most countries. Pigments, moulds, tools and finished pieces go by air and typically arrive within 5–9 working days.

Liquid resin is classified as dangerous goods and must travel by surface freight. Expect 12–18 days and a materially higher shipping cost — the cart will show this clearly before you pay.

Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility. We declare full value on every parcel; we will not under-declare, and we can't accept requests to do so.

Returns

Unopened supplies can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Opened resin, hardener and pigment cannot be returned — once a seal is broken we can't verify how it's been stored, and reselling it would be unsafe. This is the one place we can't be flexible.

Commissioned, personalised and preservation work is not returnable once poured. That is precisely why nothing is poured until you have approved a sample chip and, for preservation, a layout photograph. Cancel any time before that point for a full refund.

If something is wrong

If a batch of resin fails to cure when used as directed, we replace it — and we cover the cost of the materials in the piece it ruined. Send us photographs and your batch number.

Breakages in transit are covered in full. Photograph the packaging as well as the piece before you unpack any further, and email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Chips and scratches on commissions are repairable. For the first year we fix them free; after that at cost. Resin is one of the few finishes that can genuinely be restored rather than replaced.
